      Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

      MOMMY LOVEY warrants this product for 6 months on the trim, 12 months on attachments (clasps, cord locks and elastic cord) and 12 months on material and fabrics, from the date of purchase, under the provision that this product is used in accordance to instructions and recommendations provided in this manual.  Proof of purchase must be presented for all warranty claims.  This warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and is not transferrable. 

      If this product fails due to a major manufacturing fault or material defect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund within 30 days from date of purchase, or we will repair it free of charge if that is possible and practical.  It is your obligation to provide photographic or video evidence if and when requested, to ascertain issue or fault.  If and when an issue is confirmed, it is your obligation to return the faulty product within 14 days to complete the warranty claim.  The cost of postage incurred by the purchaser will be reimbursed by MOMMY LOVEY upon confirmation of manufacturing fault or material defect.   

      This warranty will no longer apply where the fault is a result of misuse, accidental damages, alteration, modification and normal wear and tear.

      This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.  For warranty claims and enquiries, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@mommylovey.com.au.



      1. Please email info@mommylovey.com.au within 30 days from date of purchase for warranty claims.

      2. Return your purchase within 14 days of submitting your refund/exchange claim with proof of purchase.  Return postage will be reimbursed upon confirmation of manufacturing fault or material defect.  Tracking with signature on delivery recommended, as we will not be held liable for lost returning packages.

      3. Upon the receipt of your returned purchase, we will inspect the goods to determine whether you have a valid warranty claim.  Once the claim is accepted, your refund/exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
