      We encourage all customers to choose wisely when making a purchase as we do not offer refunds on change of mind items.  However, if you wish to return an item (at your own expense) because you have changed your mind, MOMMY LOVEY will gladly offer you an exchange (delivery charge of $15 apply for domestic and $25 for New Zealand to be paid BY PAYPAL ONLY) for items returned within 30 days of purchase for Australia, and within 60 days for international orders.  Change of mind returns must be unopened, undamaged, and in original packaging.  

      If this product fails due to a major manufacturing fault or material defect, you are entitled to a replacement or refund within 30 days from date of purchase for Australian orders, and within 60 days for international orders, or we will repair it free of charge if that is possible and practical.  It is your obligation to provide photographic or video evidence if and when requested, to ascertain issue or fault.  If and when an issue is confirmed, it is your obligation to return the faulty product within 14 days to complete the warranty claim.  The cost of postage incurred by the purchaser will be reimbursed by MOMMY LOVEY upon confirmation of manufacturing fault or material defect.  Please retain your receipt for returning postage.

      This warranty will no longer apply where the fault is a result of misuse, accidental damages, alteration, modification and normal wear and tear.

      This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.  For warranty claims and enquiries, please contact our Customer Care Team at info@mommylovey.com.au.

       

      RETURN PROCEDURE

      1. Please email info@mommylovey.com.au within 30 days from date of purchase for warranty claims for Australian orders, and within 60 days from purchase date for international orders.

      2. Return your purchase within 14 days of submitting your refund/exchange claim with proof of purchase.  Return postage will be reimbursed upon confirmation of manufacturing fault or material defect.  Tracking with signature on delivery recommended, as we will not be held liable for lost returning packages.

      3. Upon the receipt of your returned purchase, we will inspect the goods to determine whether you have a valid warranty claim.  Once the claim is accepted, your refund/exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
